He will stay’ – agent makes declaration as Liverpool departure wanted in January

Liverpool assistant coach John Heitinga will remain at the club despite interest from West Bromwich Albion. Heitinga’s agent confirmed he will stay at Anfield for the rest of the season. The former Everton defender joined Liverpool in the summer as part of Arne Slot’s backroom staff.
