Brighton agree a ‘very good’ deadline day deal for rising star with Norwich City

Brighton have signed defender Eiran Cashin from Derby County for £9m. The 23-year-old has made 144 first-team appearances for the Rams. Meanwhile, Ruairi McConville has joined Norwich City permanently. The 19-year-old made his Albion first-team debut in the 4-0 win over Norwich in the FA Cup last month.
