Dário Essugo picks up hamstring injury on international duty

Chelsea midfielder Dário Essugo suffers hamstring injury on Portugal U21 duty. The Portuguese Football Federation confirmed the injury, a muscle problem in his right thigh. Essugo returns to Chelsea, replaced by Benfica’s João Veloso. This adds to Chelsea’s midfield concerns with Moisés Caicedo also injured.
