Promising young coach Carlos Cuesta, 29, leaves Arsenal’s assistant manager role for his first head coaching position at Parma. Cuesta’s five-year tenure at Arsenal saw him significantly contribute to the team’s tactical development. He becomes one of the youngest managers in Europe’s top leagues.
